How to book?

To book your session please contact us to schedule your free consultation.

Photo sessions are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis due to high demand. What's available today might be gone tomorrow, so we definitely recommend you book ahead of time.

Maternity sessions we suggest all mommies book and reserve a session between 15-22 weeks, photoshoot are recommended to be scheduled for when you are between 28-34 weeks of pregnancy.

What happen on the consultation day?

The consultation day has several purposes.

We will show you our packages and products available.

At the studi0 we have a client’s wardrobe (available for maternity sessions and women) and the client will be able to pick on the consultation day the dress or dresses and accessories that she will wear on her session.

We will get to know the client and their preferences for the shoot. We will discuss the client's vision for the session, including the style and wardrobe.

We want to ensure that we can tailor the session to the client's specific needs and create images that are truly unique and special. That day we may include discussing the best time to schedule the session and how to prepare for the shoot.

After you decide your preferred option that day you will be able to sign the contract and pay the deposit.

***For Quinceanera’s consultations is very important that the princess also participate on the consultation day.

***If you are planning to buy a quinceanera dress we recommend to order it at least 4 months before the day you need it.

Session Fee

Every session includes a session fee non refundable retainer fees applied towards the cost of the session. Remaining balance is due the day before of the session.

The session fee reserves your date and time and covers the photographer's time and talent to prepare your session, including any pre-session consultations, client directions during the shoot. It also includes the photographer's time spent selecting and editing the best images from the session and the reveal day.

Session fees are due at time of booking and the amount is included in your package (it goes towards to your session price).

The rest of the payment must be pay the day before the session.

Photoshoot day

That day will be amazing!

We will call you or text you the day before to ensure you are ready for the session and you understood all the process.

On the photoshoot day please be on time.

****Please be prepared, we always shoot extra images to have more options at the time of the cooling process (image selection before editing process).

Reveal day

After finishing the session, you will be leaving the studio with the date and time of the day of the reveal.

On the reveal day you will be able to see and select the images (already edited) of the package that you paid and selected before, and you are welcome to buy extra images and products. Every image is carefully hand edited and you will have a variety depending of the package that you selected.

We manage acrylic, canvas and metal enlargements, albums and luxury boxes handmade in Italy.

When I will receive my images and products?

Editing process takes about 4-5 weeks after the photo session.

As soon you select the images and products on the reveal day we will order them and it takes between 4 weeks to received them.

Our products are printed in professional labs. Sometimes in peak season can take a little bit longer. But remember, products are order after editing. If you select a payment plan and you haven’t finish the last payment we can’t go ahead and do the reveal and the product ordering process.

Can I downgrade my package?

Downgrading your photography package is not allowed but upgrades are permitted.

*****We recommend on the consultation day that all the parties involved in the decisions and payments come to the studio to decide which is the most suitable package for them.

Can I buy extra images?

Of course you can! You must pay the balance of the extra image before the editing process and product ordering.

Do you sell RAW images?

We do not sell RAW images under any circumstance.

How long the session takes?

The time can varies depending on the package that you selected.

Will you show me how to pose?

Absolutely! We will guide you through the entire photo session. We will guide you on how to pose, when to smile, what to wear under your gowns, etc! If you have any specific ideas please share them with the photographer in advance so we can ensure that is something we can achieve or provide!

Do you offer nudities images?

Nudity is a personal option and is available in any session.

When is recommended the maternity session to be done?

We recommend the pregnancy session to be done between 28-34 weeks for safety purposes and book their sessions between week 15-22 weeks.

Do you offer newborn photography?

Unfortunately we are not offering newborn photography sessions now.

What is the best age for children portraits?

We love children and every children is different but we recommend this type of session to be from three years old. Children from that age are more able to stay in a pose.

Can I cancel reschedule my session?

You can reschedule your session contacting us at least 48 hours before the session and only one (1) time without any extra charge.

Rescheduling more than once has a fee of $100 each time.
